学习拖延是在学习过程中拖延必须要完成的学习任务,从而带来焦虑、自卑等情绪困扰的一种现象。它的普遍存在给学生的学习和生活带来了消极影响。文章简要归纳了已有研究对学习拖延含义的界定;讨论分析了任务性质、人格特质及动机成分对学习拖延的影响。大多数研究认为厌恶的任务情境会导致学习拖延,责任感、神经质、完美主义人格与学习拖延有关,较低的学习动机及自我效能感也是导致学习拖延的影响因素;最后文章指出了既有研究存在的分歧,并在此基础上对该领域的研究前景进行了展望。
